Flanegan B Studio will not refund, nor accept the return of/refusal to pay charges for, any technically acceptable photograph supplied either in print or electronic format. In the event of lost, damaged, or destroyed digital files, the liability of Flanegan B Studio will be limited to a refund of fees paid. This refund does not include any goods already supplied or capable of supplying at a quality deemed acceptable by the studio. No refund will be due for any digital files lost, damaged, or destroyed after 12 months from the date of the service.
For digital downloads, no refunds are available once they have been received. In the case of a failed download, Flanegan B Studio will provide additional downloads free of charge.
Flanegan B Studio may offer partial reimbursement or “goodwill” gestures on a client-by-client basis, at the discretion of the photographer. However, this goodwill gesture does not entitle the client to further refunds or claims for subsequent complaints.
Any complaints should be raised in writing by the client no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the images.
