This series is a tribute to the First Commercial Hub in The Capital State of Sabah “Bandaran”.
After the State Capital Developed and the City Centre Limit expanded facing towards the South China Sea.
Lots of major business move to a spacious commercial area and what is left in Bandaran is Old Restaurant Coffee Shop, Old Hotel and Motels, a few local Karaoke and Bar and frame making shop.

Most of the lower floors now are rented by the Immigrant from Indonesia, China and East Timor to earn money in Kota Kinabalu.

このシリーズは、サバ州都の最初の商業拠点「バンダラン」へのオマージュである。
州都が発展し、南シナ海に面して市街地が拡大された後、多くの大企業が広々とした商業地に移転していった。
バンダランに残っているのは、古いレストラン、コーヒーショップ、ホテル、モーテル、カラオケ、バー、額縁店などである。

低層階のほとんどは、インドネシア、中国、東ティモールからコタキナバルに移住してきた人たちがお金を稼ぐために借りている。
